Education meets
intelligent design.
We meet institutions where they are and build AI solutions that scale with them, from first workshop to full deployment.
Our Team
Education first.
AI that scales.
AIEduApps started with a simple observation: the schools that need better tools the most are usually the last to get them, not because they don't want to improve, but because they don't know where to start.
Our team is educators and AI engineers who have worked inside institutions. We know how faculty think, how students learn, and what it actually takes to get a new system adopted. We meet institutions where they are and work alongside them to build capacity, not just deliver software.
Some engagements start with a single workshop. Others grow into full platform deployments. Either way, the goal is the same: leave institutions more capable than we found them.
How we work with institutions.
Every engagement starts where the institution is, not where we wish they were. We scale alongside them through four phases.
Phase 1
Assess
We start by listening. Discovery sessions, tool audits, and faculty interviews to understand what's actually going on.
Phase 2
Pilot
Small-scale deployment with a willing cohort. We prove the approach, gather evidence, and build internal champions.
Phase 3
Adopt
Faculty training, department-wide rollouts, and integration with existing systems. We stay until adoption sticks.
Phase 4
Scale
Full deployment, ongoing support, and regular iteration. The institution owns its capability. We stay on call.
Built for every kind of institution.
Whether you're a two-year college or a large university system, we've built for your context and we understand your constraints.
Community Colleges
Open-access institutions serving diverse learners. We prioritize equity, accessibility, and tools that work within constrained budgets.
4-Year Universities
Large institutions with research obligations, established faculty bodies, and legacy systems. We integrate without disrupting.
K–12 Districts
From elementary through high school. We bring age-appropriate AI tools with the safety guardrails that school boards require.
Corporate Training
Upskilling and reskilling programs inside organizations. AI-powered learning that adapts to workforce needs and tracks outcomes.
What we build.
Each of these started with a real problem at a real school. The tech is different every time, but the goal is the same: make things work better for the people actually using them.
Gamified Learning
Students learn more when they're actually engaged. These are personalized learning paths with built-in rewards and challenges that keep them coming back on their own.
Student Success Toolkit
One place where students can explore careers, plan their courses, track their progress, and find support. Instead of bouncing between five different portals.
Predictive Analytics
The data to spot struggling students before they drop out is usually already there. These models surface it early enough to actually do something about it.
AI-Enhanced Content
Quiz generation, content summaries, translations, and accessibility formatting. The kind of work that used to eat an entire afternoon now takes a few minutes.
Compliance & Ethics
If you're using AI with student data, you need to get this right. FERPA-compliant frameworks, bias auditing, and governance structures that hold up to scrutiny.
Faculty Training
Most faculty aren't anti-AI, they just haven't had anyone show them how it fits their teaching. Hands-on workshops, practical tools, and assessment redesign they can use right away.
What sets us apart.
A lot of vendors sell to education. Fewer have worked inside it. Here's what actually makes us different.
Built by educators, not just engineers
We started in classrooms. We know what adoption actually looks like, why faculty resist new tools, and what it takes to make something stick.
We stay through adoption, not just delivery
Most vendors hand over a product and disappear. We measure success by whether people are actually using what we built six months later.
Open resources alongside every engagement
We publish curriculum frameworks, training guides, and tools freely. Access to good AI education resources shouldn't depend on your budget.
Built for real institutions.
Student Early Alert Dashboard
Flags at-risk students weeks before advisors would notice, and points counselors toward specific interventions that have worked for similar students in the past.
Adaptive Learning Assistant
A Chrome extension that gives students an AI tutor inside their LMS. Context-aware help on any course page, powered by the actual course materials and textbook content.
Course Compliance Intelligence Scanner
Scans entire course catalogs for accessibility gaps, missing content, and broken LMS integrations. What used to be a manual audit taking weeks now runs in minutes across every course.
Gamified Career Academy
Students practice interviews with AI feedback, build resumes, identify skill gaps, and find job matches, all gamified with achievements and progress tracking.
Field Placement Navigator
An interactive step-by-step guide that walks faculty and students through the field placement process with checklists, pro tips, and progress tracking.
Student Retention & Recovery Engine
Pulls gradebook data across cohorts, surfaces students falling behind before they disengage, and auto-generates actionable recovery reports for advisors and faculty.
What partners are saying.
We'd tried other ed-tech platforms before, but this one actually adapts to individual students without dumbing down the teaching. Our faculty were skeptical at first. Now most of them won't go back to the old way.
We're catching at-risk students weeks earlier than we used to. Last semester our retention rate went up 18%, and our advisors say they finally feel like they're getting to students before it's too late.
Before AIEduApps' training, most of our teachers wanted nothing to do with AI. The team made it approachable. A month later, over half the faculty were using the tools on their own, which honestly surprised all of us.
Beyond the code.
Into the community.
The schools that need AI tools the most are usually the last to get them. We run free workshops, mentor students, and share open resources because access to this stuff shouldn't depend on your budget.
Free Workshops
Hands-on AI literacy sessions for schools and community organizations that need them most.
Student Mentorship
One-on-one guidance for students exploring careers in tech, AI, and education technology.
Open Resources
Free curriculum frameworks and tools so every institution can get started with AI, regardless of budget.
Speaking & Panels
Talking at conferences and panels about how AI, ethics, and education actually fit together in practice.
Let's build
something together.
If you're a student curious about AI, a teacher trying to figure out where to start, or running an institution that wants to do this right, reach out. We'll meet you where you are. No pitch, just a conversation.
